Firmengeschichte
- 1961
The one-man business started in the basement. Shortly afterwards Günter managed to set up a flourishing mechanical workshop and turning shop.
- 1969
The first apprentice entered Günter Weber's company on September 1, which already had 4 employees.
- 1970
The company expanded steadily in order to meet the growing customer requirements and to be able to guarantee competitiveness. Therefore, a large production facility was built at the current location in the industrial area, whereupon 20 additional employees could be provided with a job.
- 1977
Name change of the company to Günter Weber GmbH.
- 1978
The factory building was expanded considerably with a new building, which provided space for new warehouses and social rooms. The company at that time had more than 1423m² of usable space available.
- 1985
Extension of a sawmill and a raw material warehouse.
- 1988
Due to continuous developments in the technological sector, the office building was enlarged and brought up to date with a modern IT system.
- 1989
To expand production, a new factory hall was built in which the rack and turning shop department was housed.
- 1991
In order to meet the increasing customer demand and the associated spatial requirements, an additional warehouse was built.
- 2000
Millennium marked the beginning of major changes for the company Günter Weber GmbH. On the one hand Dieter Weber became the second managing director and on the other hand the quality management system was certified for the first time according to DIN EN ISO 9002 in July.
- 2003
The current standard requirements required an adjustment of the QM system, which is why in 2003 the changes were made to the revised versions of DIN EN ISO 9001.
- 2008
Furthermore, an expansion of the hall and office became essential in order to guarantee the further development of the company. The company had to expand and increased its production area from 2500 m² to 2823 m².
- 2020
On January 1st, 2020, Günter Weber GmbH was changed in Weber Verzahnungstechnik GmbH.

Today we employ around 35 people and use the latest technologies and standards. Still, the base of our corporate philosophy are customer orientation and flexibility.
